Returns are eligible for Philippines addresses only 
We always want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you have issues with your order, just send it back to us, and we will make it right! We accept returns for a full refund or exchange of item within 20 days from the date of purchase if the items are unused, unworn, unwashed, hang tag still intact, and undamaged (unless the items are proven defective upon arrival). All merchandise should be in a sellable condition for you to be qualified for a return.


How do I start a return?

Make sure you've read our "Return Policy" below before you proceed.

  2. Enter your order number, email, and hit the "Find your order" button.
  3. The next page will walk you through each step you need to complete for your return.
  4. Wait for email approval.
  5. Follow the steps that will be sent to your email after return submission has been approved.



What items are NOT eligible for return/exchange?

  • We do not accept returns/refunds for change of heart. Due to sanitary purposes, we are not able to process returns if you'd like to replace with a different color, or just because you didn't like it in general.
  • We do not accept returns or exchange in our 3rd party retail stores.
  • We do not accept returns or exchange of all "customized" orders that are already delivered. All customized items are final.

    What items are eligible for return/exchange?

    • Incorrect item received
    • Defective items when proven damaged upon receiving the package
    • PLAIN swimsuits (not customized) due to sizing issues

    Are there any return charges?

    • Customer shoulders the costs of returning the item(s) to Georgina Sasha whether it's a full refund or a replacement
    • Shipping of the replacement item is shouldered by Georgina Sasha (for exchange of item)
    • For incorrect item received, we will not charge you for return shipping but we will schedule a pick-up from your delivery address. We will coordinate with you via email on this matter.

    How soon will I get my replacement for exchange of item?

    • As soon as we receive your return package, we will schedule shipment for your replacement the next business day

    How soon will I get my full refund?

    • If you decide to get a full refund instead of a replacement, your refund will be processed right after we receive your return package.
    • We will refund your order based from your invoice.
    • For bank deposit payments: We can only refund via BPI or BDO bank accounts.
    • For transactions made through Paypal/credit card: Your refund will be added back to your Paypal or credit card account. Depending on your credit card bank cut-off period, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. This is not going to reflect real-time.

    Sale items

    • All sale and promotional items are final and are not subject to our refund policy.
