All custom orders are especially made for you, therefore these are non-returnable and non-refundable, but because your happiness is my top priority, we can always work things out. Please read the complete terms & conditions below.

  • ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

    ✔ For all "custom" orders, returns due to "change of mind" is not applicable. But for any other reasons such as, damaged or it didn't fit right, I can always make an exception for your satisfaction. Just shoot me an email: help@georginasasha.com → subject: Order GSXXX

    ✔ All "ready to ship" goods are eligible for return in exchange of store credits, original payment, or replacement (if available), but only if proven defective within the 3-day period from delivery date.     ✔ Wrong item delivered or damaged goods within 24hrs of receiving the package. Store credit or refund will be given to you upon approval of email. Pls email your photo for validation: returns@georginasasha.com → subject: Order GSXXX
