Product Icons Translation

If you are purchasing “ready to ship” and “customized” products together, both will ship when the custom item is ready. If you want your “ready to ship” item to ship right away, you need to place the order separately. Unless the product has an icon of both the truck and heart together aka "combined."

  • Customized

    3-14 days

    Products are crafted from scratch and can take between 3 and 14 days for orders to ship even when combined with Ready To Ship items.

    All custom orders are non-returnable.

  • Ready To Ship

    1-2 days

    Products are already crafted and ship in 2 business days. Please note that if your order contains Customized item, they will ship altogether when the custom product has been made (3-14 days).

  • More Colors Available

    Products will have more colors available. For example: Chains seen in gold are available in either silver or rose gold. See product details for more options.

  • Ready To Ship + Customized

    Combined icons: 1-3 days

    Products ship between 1 and 3 days. But because it's also customized, these items are non-returnable.

Order Process

  • Step 1: CREATE

    Upon receiving your order, I will schedule it for production right away!

    Please refer to the above details regarding turnaround time.

    Days are an approximate as it always depends on how many orders I receive and the complexity of the design.

  • Step 2: SANITIZE

    Upon finishing your custom order and before packing, it's important for me to sanitize it using my HomeSoap UV Sanitizer. This device kills 99.9% of all germs, bacteria, etc. using UV-C light.

  • Step 3: PACK & SHIP

    Now that I'm confident with your germ-free-order, time to pack and schedule for shipping! Yay! You will receive email notifications throughout the process. So make sure to keep an eye out! Don't forget to check your spam.
